We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) where payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery, as well as credit or debit card payments at checkout.

We currently ship within Bulgaria, using the Econt courier service. If you are located outside of Bulgaria and would like to place an order, feel free to contact us directly at contact@miniscape.store — we may be able to arrange a custom shipping option.

Since all products are made to order, production usually takes 3–7 business days, followed by delivery time based on your location.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped via Econt, we will send you the tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery online.

Shipping within Bulgaria is handled by Econt and usually takes 1 to 2 business days after the product is completed.
Since each item is handmade to order, please also allow 3 to 7 business days for production time before the order is shipped.

Yes. During checkout, you can specify whether you'd like the package delivered to your personal address or to a nearby Econt office. If you're not sure which office to select, feel free to contact us and we'll help you choose the most convenient option.
