If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we offer a 100% refund, including shipping costs.

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photo proof of the damage (required)

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during delivery.
• We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage to avoid issues with lost packages.
• We will provide return instructions by email once your request is approved.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days
